Aeroplan and Swiss
On February 20 I redeemed two business class award tickets through aeroplan on Swiss Air.
I used the online booking system on Aeroplan’s site. When I was finished I was sent a confirmation on both seats and it stated I should be receiving another confirmation from Swiss Air. I have not received this. When I go on Swiss Air and use the confirmation numbers sent to me from Aeroplan it states no reservation exists. I have tried repeatedly to reach either Aeroplan or Swiss and have been unable to get through. I can not book my tour until I know that we are confirmed on Swiss. Please help!!!
