Anonymous GuestHello ! I have been trying for the past 3 months to book an award ticket via Aeroplan and I am unable to obtain any results. The site asks to contact via phone but, on 3 occasions I gave up after waiting for more than 2 hours of music and advertising. Is Aeroplan still operational ? How can I research and book an award ticket ? I have used Aeroplan successfully in the past. What can I do ?
