Advice for booking SIN-YYZ

Advice for booking SIN-YYZ

  1. vade New Member

    Hi guys,

I’m rather new to the miles game so need some advice. I have quite a lot of credit card points which can be transferred to various airlines (KrisFlyer, Asia Miles, etc). What are my chances of redeeming 5 J tickets for SIN-YYZ for June 2016, and what’s the best way to go about doing it?

Dates are flexible as long as within June. I’m opening to buying revenue Y tickets, and then using my miles for an upgrade if it increases my chances.

    Thanks!

    Jon

Do they have to all be on the same flight? Because that’s probably not going to happen, at least being able to book directly into J. Even 3 tickets on a single flight are tough to get that way.

Perhaps @Tiffany can let us know what airlines typically have more space available for paid upgrades on that route.

Agreed with @MidSouth Skier above. This might be a case where it might be worth hiring an award booking service or being willing to split your group.
