    I had no idea that you cant check in online to a CX flight if it’s an AA award ticket…..
    Must check in at the airport. Strange but not the end of the world. Ran into this issue when trying to check in my father

    Heads up for everyone else in a similar situation! If it’s already well known, I apologize. First time checking in to a CX flight via an AA award.

    Yeah I was using the CX PNR. I called American and they said everything looked fine. I called CX in HK and that’s what I was told.
