Must check in at the airport. Strange but not the end of the world. Ran into this issue when trying to check in my fatherHeads up for everyone else in a similar situation! If it’s already well known, I apologize. First time checking in to a CX flight via an AA award.

Yeah I was using the CX PNR. I called American and they said everything looked fine. I called CX in HK and that’s what I was told.
