AA award change rules question
I have a saver F ticket with a double connection (ORF-CLT-DFW-PSP). The final segment has just been changed to arrive 2 hours later. This allows me to book a saver award seat ORF-DFW, which is available and skip the CLT connection. However, the CSR refuses to modify the reservation since the final leg I am already booked on has no saver availability currently. Anyone have experience with this scenario? HUACA?
Call again! They should be able to modify the ORF-CLT-DFW to ORF-DFW without touching the DFW-PSP. That’s a basic…
Thanks, Tiffany. You. Are. The. Best. I knew you would have the answer! I thought it was pretty straightforward, too; when the CSR at AA Gold said no I was caught off guard and caved.
Hah, my pleasure! Please let us know how it turns out!
