As noted by Brian Sumers, United Airlines has become the latest airline to make vaccination mandatory for new employees, while also giving existing employees a strong incentive to get vaccinated.

Could this be viewed as some sort of backwards employee retention scheme? Non vaxxed folks would not dare quit as they wouldn’t be able to jump to Delta (and presumably AA fill announce next)...

Not sure what the problem is here, you dont want to get a vaccine then you can find somewhere else to work, plenty of other business are hiring right now.

To my knowledge, "positive space" can apply to employee leisure travel as well.

Seems absurd that airlines wouldn't require employees to get vaccinated especially ones onboard with passengers.

Not sure why they are forcing this. The vaccine does not stop the spread. The employees should the ones deciding what to put in their body. My body my choice.
