An eighth airline has just adopted Avios as its rewards currency, and this is an especially exciting development for aviation geeks. This was first announced a few months back, but this integration is now live, so it’s possible to earn and redeem Avios.

Trump’s mother was from the isle of Lewis which is a LoganAir destination. Makes sense that their previous program allowed you to collect Clan Points.

If there’s a Trump involved, it would be Klan.

Very good news indeed, can't wait to check out some of those routes myself one day (and certainly looking forward to your trip report, Ben!)

The man lives rent free in your mind. Can't stop thinking about him even when discussing an obscure airline like this one. It is sad to have your life controlled by an obsession like that.

The man is on the news most of the time and most of what he is doing is not good. So to say he lives rent free is people's minds is a bit nonsensical if he is around all of the time.

Now if someone was bringing up a past politician who isn't in the news much these days (like, Bill Clinton or George Bush), then yeah, what you said would make sense.

This is genuinely great for LM. Been a true transformation over the past few years from some obscure Flybe franchise into a true standalone carrier with a distinctly Scottish identity. Being part of Avios will do wonders as it seeks to cement itself as a serious player in the aviation of the British Isles. While my Scottish heart can only dream of the day we one day have a true 'flag carrier' akin to an Aer Lingus or an Icelandair, this will certainly do as a step in the right direction for now.
