Sorry, but that's just bad information. The ONLY thing this hotel is somewhat near, is the Olympic Training Center. Every other attraction/destination in COS is on the exact opposite side of town. This hotel is at the far south east of town. Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven falls, etc. etc., are all on the west side of town, or the northwest side of the city.
The hotel reviewed above is in one of the worst possible locations for sight seeing. C Springs isn't a huge town, but traffic can be pretty brutal, and getting across town can take 30 minutes+ easily.
I wouldn't want anyone booking this hotel based on the location advice from the review above, as it's really just not accurate at all.
I guess "pretty decent" is a relative term. And for the record, I said that AFA was on the opposite corner of the city, so would not be a good location for that.

Have you tried Park Hyatt Corolado Springs? It's category 7 and its paid rate is like $200, always wanted to try but too remote from my location.

It's funny seeing these photos. It reminds me that the Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel in Longmont used to be a Radisson as well. It's visually almost identical to this COS hotel, but it's left the Radisson fold and not exactly fared well. Same architecture, same floorplan, the works.
