I just bought 5,000 points for $35.00 and using it for a night that would have been $110.59, thanks for the savings, I appreciate it. With the high hotel prices now days, I certainly think it is possible to get great value from this deal.

This program is the worst in term of room redemption availability .. even if there is a standard room available .. the redemption is blocked for more then 9 months !! this is ridiculous . even when I call the customer care they say what the hotel say is what available ,, so we cant do anything !!
What hotel is this? I never had a problem redeeming RR points if standard room was available for cash.

Check Radisson Blu Hotel, Ordu for more then 4 months or Radisson tagazout in morocoo for one year !!!
For a hotel that takes 15,000 points, you can essentially purchase enough points for it at $56 (for 8K + 8K points). Purchasing 15K + 15K (30K total) points would be $105 for 2 nights, or $52.50 per night. That is a great deal! And if you luck into those hotels having discounted points within 2 months of booking, at 10,000 points per night, you can purchase those points for $35. I've got trips coming up where this is going to help me. I just paid $140 for 40K points, which is getting me 4 nights in a hotel. Can't beat that!
