So sad to hear this...I stayed at the Linder Prague hotel earlier in Oct this year. It was a nice hotel and the staff are super friendly.

Same here. I stayed there over the summer, and it was a very comfortable stay with amazingly kind staff.

I guess now we know why Lindner jumped in bed with Hyatt. They hoped it would save their business. Did Hyatt in their rush to expand not conduct due diligence?

My literally favourite hotel in Vienna is Lindner am Belvedere. How does this concern this one? I am in fear of losing it..

I stayed at the Lindner Prague in May of this year and loved it. It was a great property with incredible staff. As a Hyatt loyalist, I plan to stay at the Lindner properties in Vienna and Bratislava a year from now for the Christmas markets. I hope this all gets sorted, so I can continue to make an award booking.

My guess is the opposite happened. Hyatt did due diligence and knew this was coming. They then bought the me and all hotels outright and merely partnered with the other Lindner hotels.

Lindner Cologne near the Dom was solid, hope that remains an option.

It previously had a blockhead GSM which is among the worst I've seen. Glad knowing he's gone now.

How risky is a booking for late January / early February?
