Thank goodness that there weren’t more serious injuries, since this could’ve ended a lot worse…

Hope he’s alright. Wouldn’t be the same without him here or at VFTW, LALF, Cranky, etc. Does Tim do other blogs, too? Is he a Reddit guy? LOL.

You have to admire his passion, though. It’s a shame he’s MAGA. *sigh*

Speaking of United, why can’t they offer Polaris lounge access for premium transcon, like AA and DL both manage, especially for NYC-LAX/SFO. Like, c’mon.

Whenever I see a Delta aircraft at the airport I will always stop and salute, as a sign of respect just in case Tim is onboard the aircraft. Even if he is not on the aircraft then I think it is still an important way of me honoring what is undisputedly the best airline in the world, as Tim rightfully informs us.

I can only assume here that the driver was also saluting a DL aircraft in case Tim was onboard but in the excitement they crashed into the airport building. It’s happened to the best of us over the years as seeing a Delta aircraft can be overwhelming for some of us.

LOLOLOL Beat me to the joke. I explained to coworkers this morning that the McNamara terminal is in reality the house that Tim Dunn built. He even talked to Detroit Metro officials to pretty much move everybody else that isn't Delta Platinum or higher to the North Terminal.

False News Update:

The buzz is that the driver was an EU Army Veteran of the recent Afghan War, who was upset by the big mouth comments of a five times draft dodger.

As if the GB government politicians aren’t bad enough, Adolf Trump, aka, draft dodger extraordinaire, has to follow a president who was only fit for the dementia care home.

Thankfully, some of us will be checking out from this madcap world fairly soon …. but not until one has berated a few more prols!

The most premium carrier doesn’t have room for every TCON pax, can’t lower the premium standards like DL

There should be no doubt that I have achieved what few if any other people have done - dominate the minds of a whole lot of people on aviation social media.

No, I wasn't in Michigan yesterday. but the real giveaway is that I would never be seen arriving at an airport in Mercedes given so many better ways to travel.

Not exactly sure when it will happen 1990-BS, but there are three things which we can all be 100% certain of …. death, taxes and Adolf (draft dodger) Trump, gobbing off about things which he knows absolutely nothing about, yes?

No VF, just a proletariat influencer under the influence of goodness knows what? We will have to await the TikTok post, to find out how it was racially abused by the airport law enforcement.

@Tim Dunn
Are you a former employee of Delta or fan? I think it is more than that due to all that information you have about Delta. I have never seen someone love an airline the way you love Delta.

I just deal w/ facts.

and there are a group of people that speak endlessly about another airline and they always seem to manipulate facts and data to present a narrative that is not supported by reality.

Is the sign of an employee or former employee one that deals accurately w/ facts or one that manipulates facts to make their preferred company look better than it really is in light of all facts?

“There should be no doubt that I have achieved what few if any other people have done - dominate the minds of a whole lot of people on aviation social media.”

By “whole lot of people on aviation social media” do you mean the 5-6 people that mentioned you in the comment section of a travel blog just because you are a laughing stock and no one takes you seriously ?

Dude, I know we all laugh at you, but I’m really starting to feel bad for you. That kind of assertion is typical of someone who is very frustrated in life and hasn’t achieved much. It must be miserable to live a life like this. I really hope that you can sort out your psychological issues and start having a more happy life. And I really mean that.

One day this will be used in court against you when you snap that OMAAT & VFTW use JonNYC as a source instead of your psychopathic self. You will always be a joke Tim. That’s why you dominate comment sections of successful travel blogs.

Ben has some complicity here allowing one person to commandeer his blog.

It would be infinitely better. That's on Ben to moderate and he chooses not to do so.

IF Ben has complicity, it is for allowing people to turn this and other discussions into a treatise on me.

Ben posted a story. You need only read the comments to see that several people brought me into the conversation long before I participated.

Tim - you ever wonder why basically 100% of posters on this site find you to be a pathetic wanker?

Look in the mirror.

Odd, I thought most major airports added features during the "war on terror" to make it harder to attack public buildings, included reinforced doorways.

This is why you shouldn't depend on social media for information. Social Media reports that the airport had a new drive-thru check-in appear to have been fake news.

don’t wanna harsh anyone’s buzz here, and don’t get me wrong, timbo is obnoxious. but he is clearly exhibiting signs of severe mental illness and one of his main outlets seems to be obsessive fanboying for ed’s airline. maybe i’m a bleeding heart, but i’ve been thinking about it a tick and now have a bit of a soft spot for the guy, genuinely hope he gets help
