Which airlines publish their full inflight menus and/or drink lists for a particular flight in advance? I imagine I’m not the only person who likes to look this up prior to traveling, so let me first discuss why it might matter, and then I’ll share my list of airlines offering this.

While Air France doesn't publish its actual menu in advance, it may be worth noting that J pax can pre-select their desired option for the main course as of 15 days before the flight on the AF website and/or app.
@ Aniljak -- Hmm, I just managed to pull up a menu at that link without issue (I searched JFK to DEL for next week, out of curiosity).
Qatar Airways publishes menus about a month in advance and you can select the main course too.
As Lucky pointed out, so do other airlines but they like Air France don’t qualify for this list.
United publishes their menus within the app's Flight Status feature...does that not count for the parameters of your essay?
I’m pretty sure Turkish publishes menus, at least in Business Class. It’s a link from manage my booking
I think it is a good idea and one airline that doesn't, which is surprising is Air New Zealand - any idea why?
But the point is this a list of airlines that publish their menus without you having to book a flight.
Cassic Kiwi move. They’re probably still running on the “she’ll be right” philosophy: why spoil the surprise when half the fun of long-haul is playing “Guess That Protein” at 35,000 ft?

Oh, and is this the O.G. Eskimo, or the impersonator? It's getting confusing because someone is indeed using Eskimo, Jessica, Julia, and now my moniker as their own. Sorta fun, but also a little confusing. At least the guy using mine is not too far off from my own typical 'hot takes.'

And if you don't pre-order on United long-haul business class, they go around asking you for your first, second, and third preference, then only the Global Services get first choice, 1Ks get second choice, and everyone else gets 3rd choice, just for spite. @MaxPower, is that policy?
I think it's good that UA doesn't even merit a mention on this story until they invest more into their catering, from the crap it is now.
I gripe with one example: if you pre-order in intl business or domestic F, all it does is choose from what you would've been offered onboard anyway, and in the same available quantities.
So, if people already chose the chicken up to the quantity determined, no more chicken. How ridiculous is that?
The whole point of pre-ordering is to give people more choice, and more quality. Don't even fantasize that they might give you additional nicer and more choices than if you waited until on the plane. That's beyond UA's imagination.
If they really want to come off as premium, why don't they just think this through a little bit.
Ben. Go back and check the link for Delta's menu. It shows the menus for all classes of service - both domestic and international - not that there's much to choose from on a short domestic flight. But it does show 'for for purchase' options where that's available on longer flights .
Singapore Airlines has very recently began publishing inflight menus for flights 4 months ahead.
See the icky food , and then buy a lunch to-go from the shops . (Preferably a highly spiced and smelly curry.)
LH now publishes menus for all flights longer than 2 hours, not just long haul flights.
SWISS also offers pre-flight selections for first class, don't know about biz.
FYI - Finnair does publish menus for both directions. Below where it says “Menus per Route” and above the list of destinations, there is a selection for “To Helsinki” and “From Helsinki.” From Helsinki is the default but click on the other and it will show the opposite menu.
Also, JetBlue posts the menu for the next cycle 15 or so days before the menu changes, which is bi-monthly.
That is a singular menu applying to select flights based on the list of flight numbers on the cover page. Do you happen to have a link that displays all available menu cycles?
There is no "link" per se. To look at the menu for your flight, go to manage your booking and look for "Explore your menu" button. When you click on it, it will take you to the menu/pre-order screen.
Surprised Qatar is not on this list. They publish the entire menu (roughly) 14 days prior to flight for premium cabins but it can only be viewed on the app, not on the website.
I traveled between Helsinki and Frankfurt round-trip in early November and business class meals were allowed for pre-selection.
Manage booking section on the app has the menu listed for upcoming flights. It works surprisingly well
Why would he mention UA? They don’t publish their menus to the public in advance.
Except thats only for people who have made bookings, not for anyone who just wants to look at the menu. You clearly missed the point of this post.
@Ben United does publish appetizers, mains and desserts for all classes when you check Flight Status, though only a few days in advance.
