Virgin Australia has just undergone a 24-month transformation, which is seeing the company return to profitability. In celebration of that, the airline has launched a ”Middle Seat Lottery,” which takes some of the sting out of not getting an aisle or window seat.

The first sentence here says "window seat" twice.

"under 1% of passengers prefer the window seat"

I think you meant the middle seat.

As you said, anything more than 0% seems odd, but maybe if you always travel with someone and that someone takes the window or aisle, you prefer to be next to them in the middle seat.

First prize: A cruise
Second prize: Two cruises

I'd be one of those people to not bother redeeming...Can't be too many times worse in which to launch a cruiseline so probably lots of empty cabins. Plus there's room here to make a bunch of excursions and other onboard purchases.

A friend of mine is actually so scared of flying that he always chooses the middle seat of the middle row (in a wide-body jet), so he is the furthest away from the engines and “safely” surrounded by people. He even pays for one of the middle seats in a middle row just to avoid the possible chance he ends up at a window. Some people do actually want to sit in a middle seat 😉

Well IRL there is also trolls. Where do you think their preferred seat is?

Of course, like every enhancement that comes out of a survey. VA can always twist it to the very extreme and claim their customers' survey suggest they like middle seats and they should add more middle seats.

Except that Virgin Australia DID NOT do that.......
Do you make up false, long-winded, random nonsense or do you seriously believe it it true? Where are the facts supporting your false statements? Where is your logic?

My dearest stalker,
You learned some more vocabulary this time. But your auto correct seems to get dumber, I seriously believe it it true about your auto correct.
Still a long way to go, you're starting to lose my attention.

Still using the same old line after all the feeding I'm giving you, LOL.

Meanwhile Qantas has the luggage lottery - you’re a winner if your bag makes your flight.

A cruise?

I'd rather sit in the middle seat.
