Seems like a lot of "conspiracies" become facts. COVID, including the jab, Biden's cognitive state, BLM, etc. Not saying I believe this but if turned out to be true wouldn't be shocked.
What's insane is that someone actually had to approach a legislator to draft this bill. Then it actually went to a committee where they discussed it, and took public comments, then decided it had enough merit to go the the floor. Then a majority of elected officials voted "yes" on it. Also, Louisiana has actual problems. Too bad those aren't being solved.
I get that most chemtrail conspiracy theorists support the majority party in Louisiana, but if the legislators had just ignored this, it's not like all of these people would have shifted parties and they would have lost seats. It's all just so so dumb.

The "chemtrail" thing is ridiculous. It's a fairy tale distributed by the likes of Alex Jones. Sit behind the wing of any jetliner and you'll see the condensation being formed. Now, if you want to question whether having so many contrails can affect the climate, the answer to that is: yes, a little. Researchers actually studied that in the 2 days after 9/11/2002 when the skies about the USA were closed (I remeber this so well....).

The chemtrail thing is beyond stupid, but the explanation that you give for contrail formation isn't right.
The humidity comes from the jet exhaust, not the upper atmosphere. Burning fuel produces CO2 and H2O. The water in the hot jet exhaust is clear water vaper. But as the exhaust cools in the cold surrounding air, the water condenses out as visible droplets.
I really think there is a lot of misunderstandings. These laws banning “chemtrails” are banning actions that are actually taking place, like cloud seeding.

The people who believe in "chemtrails" are so backward that it's unlikely they would ever get on an airplane in the first place; probably can't fathom how the plane can get off the ground and stay aloft.
What's more distressing is that the people who are bewitched, baffled, and befuddled by contrails (CONdensation TRAILS) are walking through life so blindly that they never observe the phenomenon, albeit on a much smaller scale, when they're behind the wheel stuck in traffic on a cold day and all the cars around them are making micro contrails. Never an inkling but I suppose that's the least of their problems in the big bad confusing world.

I knew a couple of kids whose fathers knew guys who worked for the city and one of their co-workers, who worked in the sewer department, one day was down in the sewer and got chased by a full-grown alligator.
No matter how much I tried, I could never meet "the guys" and none of the alligators ever saw the light of day.

I’ve seen perfectly blue skies become hazy after some planes fly over. The contrail starts small and over time become 20-30 times bigger. Ive seen 2 planes at what appear to be same altitude, one no trails, the other, massive amounts. I don’t remember seeing that when I was a kid. I’m not saying I believe in them nor disbelieve in them. If they were doing something nefarious, do you think they’d admit it?

We still don’t know the origin of COVID-19 with anything approaching certainty, and more research supports a natural origin than lab-based (although obviously all possibilities should br left open).
As for vaccines, i’m not sure who would have told you the vaccine would prevent all infections (not how a virus vaccination works in general), or that it would cause zero ill-effects (all vaccines do, but in very minimal levels of people, as with the covid-19 vaccine).
As for BLM, that doesn’t even sound like a conspiracy. That’s just people being deceitful.

You might want to watch documentaries about aerial combat in WWII and see if your opinion changes. American, British, Soviet, German, Japanese aircraft all produced contrails above tropopause.
A plane can be 500 feet below tropopause and not create contrails. Another plane can be 500 feet above tropopause and create contrails. It would be a keen eye that discerns 1000 feet in altitude difference.
The bill that’s been introduced isn’t for ‘chemtrails’. It’s to ban cloud seeding with chemicals, which is absolutely a thing.

Exactly, and these contrails were made gas powered piston engines. Have read where the bomber formations would slight decrease their altitude if possible to avoid leaving contrails, as the formations were much easier to spot from a longer distance if they were leaving long contrails.

What commercial airline would risk multi-million dollar aircraft by burning jet fuel laced with added chemicals? Deviations from the specified fuel would never be allowed. GE, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, and other engine manufacturers never designed nor tested their engines with such additives. Liabilities would be enormous. Military aircraft with high performance engines would be off limits too. Total conspiracy theory.

We see a lot of policies related to aviation that do not make much sense or do not address the problem. The Netherlands limiting the number of flights because of their green efforts, for example. I'd put money down that the people that believe this chemtrail nonsense are ostensibly devout Christians, not Atheists or Agnostics, and are people with little to no education (whether they didn't receive it or they just didn't pay attention and now are mad about things that were taught in elementary and middle school). They swallow this crap hook, line, and sinker because they wholeheartedly believe they're receiving "forbidden knowledge" from "insiders" despite it being publicly posted on the internet with 2 million views.
