I haven't tried most of the stuff described in this post, and I'm certainly not fond of milk tea or fruit juice that comes out of a carton, but the date smoothies on Saudia are out of this world.
While I totally agree about Qatar Airways lemon mint, I simply don't get the hype over Finnairs blueberry juice.. As a Scandinavian I might be spoiled, but I can get a lot nicer and more fresh tasting juice at literally every grocery store in Denmark.
I love the tea selection on EVA Air - a whole page of the menu is devoted to teas, including some rare/championship oolongs (much better in this respect than their competitor, China Airlines).
Alaska, JetBlue, and AA (starting 01-Feb) all serve a non-alcoholic beer in all cabins. I hope more airlines follow suit.
LOT Polish Airlines serves a freshly brewed (not powdered) Cafe Latte in proper tall glasses with the matching long spoons -- what a treat on morning arrivals in business class!
JAL now caters Salon US-HND in F. I know seat rankings are a thing. When’s the last time you did food and drink rankings? JAL wins drinks with Emirates a close 2nd? What about food? Could do this series separately for F and J also.

I just flew TPE-KIX both ways on Starlux in J last week. I was very impressed with the wide variety of tea selections on such a short flight. It caters to both westerners and Asians, and especially the selections of Taiwanese tea are quite premium. My favorite is the tea latte made with specially dark roasted tea leaves. Another standout beverage is water made with azuki beans. It doesn’t sound appealing but I really appreciate its smooth and subtle sweetness after tasting it. I will not go into the food onboard as it is not relevant to this post. All I can say is it makes flying J on US or European based carriers like sitting in the back of school bus !
Appletiser and Grapetiser (on South African Airways and perhaps other airlines in that region) are popular.

I drank several bottles of Queen of Blue Royal Blue Tea on Japan Airlines last year on 4 long haul First flights. I do not drink alcohol - so this was a treat. They serve it very chilled. Asked and FA looked up the website for the product - only sold in Japan. Around $35 a bottle by the case. Can't buy in US. Would make a nice special gift for someone who has everything. JAL also has a non-alcoholic bear in First - also comes in a Wine bottle.
Oh man, this is the golden age of NA beer my friend. There are so many choices - light beer to IPAs and everything in between. Athletic (which is what AA will be serving; they already have had it in the Admirals Club for a while) is widely available nationwide and I think quite good. Deschutes brewery makes a collab beer with Patagonia that is my favorite.
Long gone are the days of O’Douls!

Ben, Thai Airways recently started serving signature cocktails and mocktails named Rose of the Royal Voyage and Oriental Dawn. You might want to give them a try next time you are flying Thai Airways.
It's made from local artisan rose and lychee syrup.
Lufthansa serves a delicious non alcoholic drink in premium economy. I think it is called Ziegler Avionic. Love it
