They could do a tie up with Aegean and offer connections via LCA and/or ATH. Having a virtual monopoly on the local airport means that it should be pretty easy to fill the planes profitably as long as they can arrive at a formula that works. If Eastern Airways can do that with AF and EMA, which is barely 50km away from BHX (with multiple daily flights on AF and Hop!), it shouldn't be a problem for Haifa.
The direct flights from Tel Aviv to Cairo have been suspended, but some day they will return. Likewise, to the Egyptian resort of Sharm el Sheikh.
Begs the question will these aircraft be fitted with any defensive countermeasures like El Al, I understand that’s a major consideration these days!

Now for all its lauded military prowess the last 355 days have proven that the State of Israel is NOTHING without its USD3,000,000,000 (billion with a B) annual welfare check from the US taxpayer. If Israel is such an independent economic powerhouse why do taxpayers in Madison, Wisconsin & Fort Mill, South Carolina have to contribute to their budgetary coffers each and every year..

The potential range is mostly countries where they cannot fly do basically Cyprus and Greece. Given the situation there it not an ideal time to start an airline in Israel. Give them a few months.
If you can point to anything antisemitic I have said please do tell, but as usual you will throw about that term without qualifying because if you do you will expose the ridiculousness and bad faith nature of it.

One suspects that if the subject airline startup was based in Iceland, The Faroe Islands or Maui then less than a handful of comments would be received.

Air Tahiti uses the ATR72-600 to fly 1,028 miles PPT - GMR. Load restrictions, extra fuel tanks? Charter flights to Athens or other Greek places may not be out of the question.
Well, given the political situation in the region and the nature of Israel's neighbors make such an airline appear to be limited in potential. So, it's a fairly interesting thing to discuss...don't you think?
I don't think settler-colonial apartheid states should exist true, just like settler-colonial apartheid South Africa should never have existed. The latter came to an end thankfully and so will Israel. It's telling you think differently and don't want injustice to end.

its a smart idea. Also don't rule out heavy traffic to Egypt and Turkiye destinations, which are low cost and the many middle class Israeli Arabs in the region are happy to fly there. Turkish might even do a regional link to Haifa in due course opening more options (and competition) for Northern Israelis. Further, the many Jordanian citizens in Samaria might in due course be able to use Haifa airport
Avoiding the political content and focusing on Air Haifa.. I tried their flight from LCA to HFA, Overall not a bad experience and there is certainly unlimited potential here. Some areas that they need to address:
1-The website is a disaster, If your going to attract international tourists you need an English language site that enables ticket purchase. My daughter speaks Hebrew and she even found it hard to book on.
2-Need to work with booking agencies to enable on line reservations. Codeshares would be wonderful.
3- The boarding process is a nightmare. Unorganized, chaotic, and questionable security checks that are not encountered on other airlines flying to Israel.
4=Immigration at Haifa was a joy and extremely efficient but the airport is a mess. Hard to access and few options for transportation.
6- Flight was great, Nice and helpful crew.
