The average Kenyan probably uses up the same amount of resources in their lifetime as the average guest of this hotel does in a single day. The overpopulation problem is a myth that has long been debunked. The environmental impacts of people are vastly different, mainly dependant on country and income.
Also, unfortunately contraception is by far not available to everyone who would like to use it and many people can not access the resources they would need to decide how many children to have.
Therefore, no, a Kenyan family having many children is not an environmental problem, whereas a structure built on a wildlife migratory pathway definitely is.
