And 10 -12 quid for a cocktail is upper end, even for London.
The O2 isn't there just for the shows - people go there for the cinema, and there are lots of apartments nearby too which is why the restaurants are open every day. If you actually bothered to walk inside the O2 rather than just getting pissed in a bar, you would have seen that. Open your eyes and you won't be so 'puzzled' next time.
