It’s nice to see that they’ve done some renovations to the property. For the longest time, it like many other Sheratons was tired with outdated decor. This hotel is frequently use the contract hotel for conferences at the convention center next-door, it’s so nice to see you getting some love
When I had an overnight delay, Virgin Atlantic put us up in this hotel in BOS, by far the best hotel I've ever been given by an airline from a delay.

Did they send you an email beforehand to which you could reply?
I got this from the Sheraton Warsaw, and I'm not sure whether it's hotel-specific or a brand standard.
Certainly much better than Marriott general standard where one cannot reach the hotel by email.
Any suggestions for other rooms?
Not just children's ones - how about grown-up (distinct from "adult"!)
$20 for a glass of J Lohr chardonnay? $31 for eggs at breakfast? Wow. That's highway robbery. Meanwhile, they can't even provide a bar of soap in the bathroom. Keep in mind that until recently Sheraton per brand standards provided two bars of soap (one at the sink, one in the tub/shower), mouthwash, q-tips, luffa shower sponge, etc.

I haven't been to the property since it was with SPG and it was always a decent property.While there were some obvious improvements it certainly isn't luxurious by any means.The moon suite looks awesome for kids but hard pass for me.Walls in the shower the same as a limited service property
Basically they did a budget refresh
The lobby looks the same with some new artistic ceilings
With Boston this past September getting 500 a night for a room and up its just a decent hotel without smoked salmon for breakfast and lot of pricey eggs
A lobster roll at near 50 bux? Better be great! Gym looks small for size of the hotel.But certainly a choice.I like The InterCon much better and The Hyatt Regency did a decent job in Downtown Boston for a fortune
In 2024 the south tower of this property was converted in student housing for Northeastern University. We'd stayed there prior to Covid and it was looking pretty tired.
Good to see they've renovated and this special room shows they've got some smart people working on a comeback.
book was my two boys’ favorite. They’re now in their twenties and I sent this post immediately. I’m sad that it’s only up until the Spring as imagine their surprise if during our planned trip to Boston in the Spring we rolled up into this suite. Enjoy every moment with your son.
Curious how the property handles late checkout request - Everyone paid out of pocket for the suite, so they're entitled to stay in the suite until 4pm, which means… Next guest gonna check in at 6pm at earliest?
No late checkout according to the website (presumably in spite of any status). I am going later this month and can confirm.
