@ben - maybe I missed it in your piece - but important to clarify that you only earn Marriott points for Uber rides taken in the USA. For those of us living abroad, a bummer....
So regular UberX rides and Uber Eats orders under $40 earn nothing. With the Delta partnership it’s my understanding all Uber transactions earn miles. So I’ll take the 1500 Bonvoy points for linking, but will switch back to Delta as my earnings partner as soon as the points post. And I’ll keep preferring Lyft to Uber to take advantage of the monthly credits from CSR & Bilt cards.
