As we all know, Lufthansa is currently investing in its premium experience, with the new Allegris concept. The airline is installing new cabins on long haul aircraft, overhauling the onboard soft product, and renovating dozens of lounges. For that last point, there’s a positive update.

Ben - will you write about LH blocking old F ex-US on partners? If you check Seats.Aero now there are a number of flights within 3 days with plentiful F and A availability, but partners only have access ex-MUC/FRA
I even see O availability for M&M but none available for partners. It appears this applies to all inbound flights to FRA or MUC.
I noticed the same thing - availability ex-US was consistently decent for close departures until early May when it dropped off.
This happens every year. Demand to fly to Europe for summer is high and less so in reverse. It will likely be the opposite at the end of the summer.
Fair enough. It seemed to be especially steep of a decline starting May 7 after really consistent awards being released, but it certainly could simply be increased demand.
Based on the first picture you shared it does look like the dining area has been more segmented, whereas IIRC it used to be more of an open area (but I may be thinking of the other F lounge). I really like those new swivel pillow chairs, they look very comfy.
If that's truly all they've changed then it's par for the course with Lufthansa... taking 7x as long as everyone else to do something.
Haven’t been yet as currently checking out AF for 2025. But this is a lovely intimate lounge. Left side looks to have been renovated (although not sure why that took 3 years or whatever). But any update is great. It’s a nice, elegant lounge with (ok it’s been a while, so who knows now if “käfer” catering has destroyed it) impeccable service. Can’t go wrong with LH/LX lounges anywhere. Now if they could fix their hard product…
