Hyatt may have absolutely trashed their loyalty and anyone thinking of redeeming for free nights, but here's a benefit!
PSA: PH Kyoto has a 2 week (!) cancellation on award bookings. Definitely want to read the fine print because nice hotels will go out of their way to ensure you can't use this.
Since Hyatt announced their award program changes I have not been able to search its site for a hotel. My search just hangs and hangs.
Until May you can book using the existing award rates, but I figure Hyatt are trying to stop people doing that somehow.
