Eff my life. I was laying in my comfortable W bed at home just a few minutes ago (shortly before 2AM) when a thought crossed my mind -- "shoot, I forgot to enter the My Coke Rewards code from the Diet Coke I bought at the store today." Coke issues rewards points with their drinks,…

You buy Special K?

Please tell me it's for wife/girlfriend/female roommate-guest.

@ Vinny V -- Have you had Special K with chocolate chips? That $*&^ is better than Lucky Charms!

So far as I'm concerned you eat Lucky Charms. Straight out of the box. With no milk. End of story. Deny it all you want but that's what I will always believe.

How many HHonors points do you get per MCR point? Last year, I got something like 2000 PC for 250 MCR. Cashed out about 2500 MCR for that.

Haha, such a great story to get the work day started off right.

I'm with @Lucky 100% about the Special K w/chocolate chips!

@ AK -- 800 MCR points gets you 1,500 HHonors points. Sadly I've maxed out Priority Club redemptions and I don't think they're even part of the program anymore.

This is awesome...had me rolling in the floor! You can just set those points on your desk, they don't expire. 🙂

For a moment I thought that maybe you had forgotten you were in a hotel and not at home! Funny post.

Heh, I collect MCR points (usually to redeem for more coke products). It's not worth a lot, but it seems like a waste to throw them away. So whenever my siblings buys coke, I'd ask them to give me the code or copy down the code so I can put it in later.

I wouldn't get up in the middle of the night just to enter the code, though. 😛

That's a little concerning but memory loss can come about from jet lag and frequent time zone upsets. As for milk, I've found it helpful to switch to evaporated canned milk during hurricane season or periods of frequent travel. It stays good un-opened indefinitely and supposedly doesn't have to be refrigerated for up to a week after opening. I use it up before that long but I can tell you from personal experience that it's good for a couple, three days after opening without refrigeration which makes it great for camping, power outages, or forgetting in the trunk of the car.

This is too funny! We just cashed in our points for tickets to the World of Coke. Will have to start saving again. I always learn something new.

You don't need help until you have put the package with pork chops in the closet with future gifts for special occasions and have the cleaning lady ask what is that smell in the spare bedroom. sigh,,,,,,

You still haven't rock bottom...seek professional help when you're living on the streets and carrying around a sign that says "will work for SkyMiles."

Anyone else read that and say to themselves, "I can get Hilton Points for MCR?" Looks like I'm about to follow in you irrationality...
