Why is 2020s modern/contemporary design so horrible? The old Hilton Athens had so much charm.

Bah! ‘Compound’? What is this, run by the Greek mafia? Malakas.

For real, though, it looks nice. Wonder if burning points/FNC, of just paying outright is best. Probably depends on time of year (on/off season).

Have stayed at the former Hilton many times and am looking forward to trying the Ilisian. I’ve stayed at both the Hilton and Grande Bretagne many times..Hilton has the great pool while the Grand Bretagne has more charm, comfort and location… Sometimes tough to choose between the two…
