I believe the first class kit (the Sougha bag you showed) has been gone for years, which is a shame as I really liked how understated it was.

They switched to some really tacky euro trash thing in first class (Christian Lacroix if I remember) that looked pretty awful. They also dumped the -splendid- Le Labo kit for the Acqua Di Parma, which was doubly unfortunate.

That said, the "Luxe" bags weren't my favorite so this is probably a huge improvement.

I’ll be flying AUH-LAX on August 30th. Looking forward to seeing if this lives up to the hype.

What does Etihad class as 'long-haul'?
Yes I imagine AUH - SYD but does a 'Guest' in business class get them AUH - MNL for an example?

Emirates amenity kit is the best out there by miles. All include a Bvlgari fragrance. However I cant remember the flights smelling more like cologne though. LOL

You don’t get an amenity kit when flying in The Residence? ... don’t think I’ll bother then 😉
