Etihad Business Class Awards Wide Open With Flying Blue Miles

I used 70k Aadvantage miles last month to fly AUH-YYZ-MIA. It was sweet...

We all know AC keeps blocking Etihad, but are these available using OZ miles?

As a European who is a UAE resident this would be SO much better if First Class was available via this route. I didn’t get why only AA has first access as a partner. I’d be using all my miles for first via this route if Flying blue allowed it.

Interesting I do see a few dates from East coast to AUH (more than usual) but cant seem to find much onward availability to Southeast Asia (less than usual)

Agreed, but only for biz, not economy class which shows a good amount of avaiilability most of time (being based in the ME, I usually fly from ME to Asia using Aeroplan). Also within Asia, I have some feelings AC keeps blocking Eva biz.

All availability seems to be gone. From now through the end of 2025, I can only find like 5 available dates with business seats between AMS – BRU – CDG and AUH… They used to be wide open (almost every day) only a couple weeks ago. What happened…?
