While not as impressive as Emirates’ Burj Khalifa stunt, I still find this to be really catchy… perhaps too catchy?

Have you ever seen the safety video from Up by El Al?
Concerning Alaskan: I prefer the original Virgin Safety Dance.

while catchy... the best of all time airline music has to go to pan am....the you cant beat the experience or we fly the world the way the world wants to fly....these and other pan am music was both pleasing and brilliantly written.....i miss the creativity...

Um, no? Maybe I've aged out of the demo for this, but I prefer an actual rhythm to my music.

The dancing flight attendants look like they're thinking "I'd rather be doing a Bangalore turnaround than this..."

The Alaska one is my favorite of this group. My favorite of all time is the United Airlines 1991 Rhapsody in Blue immigrant theme, Gene Hackman voice over.

If Dubai ever removes their now-outdated PCR test requirement for entry then I might consider “Flying the World” with EK

I had similar thoughts about the dancing. Are those the best dancers they've got? Maybe the Austrian Jerusalema dancers set the bar too high.

Soon.

The CDC has confirmed as of July 27th, that the PCR test does not work and will no longer be used. (well, we knew this from the inventor of the test, who clearly stated it was not designed for what they have been using it for). People can find this at the CDC website. Many eye opening bits of info regarding c19 are available on the CDC website, that would make most on here cry.

Jordan - That's fake news. PCR testing remains the gold standard.
Did the CDC discontinue the PCR test for inaccuracy?

No, this claim is false. The CDC confirmed it will no long request Emergency Use Authorization approval for one, single type of PCR test that was developed early in the pandemic. Instead, encouraging labs use a newer version that can test for COVID-19 and the flu in a single test.

At least it's upbeat and positive although I thought the male cabin crew could put a bit more into their dance moves - I've seen far more animated arm movements and expressions from the ones we usually have on the actual flights.

Great ad. But don't make the mistake of overanalyzing promo. Good advertising draws attention to the branded product/service but is not meant to be literal. Emirates won't fly you to Antarctica...but it can fly you to plenty of staging points for the trip !

They had a variant of this song originally released a few years back featuring really clean drone shots and cuts, but it was taken down, for reaons that I cannot find. Agreed, a catchy and uplifting tune!
