I have a chance to fly Cathay 1st class to HKG then Business class to BKK. In HKG would I be allowed to go to 1st Class Lounge or have to go to Business Class Lounge?

had a similar transit, LAX - HKG in F then TPE in J, went to 1st class lounge. there are several though, in my opinion the Pier near Gate 1 is best.
@Darla, it depends on the longer segment, as long as the longer one is in first, you can use the first class lounge already, even though you fly economy in the second.
