Can it be cancelled till 10 minutes before like on Southwest or till what time can an award be cancelled?

Is this new? I thought this rule was eliminated along with domestic change fees back in August, and I redeposited several award tickets online within 24 hours of travel over the last couple months.
This was one of the central reasons I have been a Delta hater. I’ve warmed up to them considerably due to their continued seat blocking, and now with this, I might have to stop reflexively hating them. (At least until I see the price of an award ticket.)
@ Ben -- I guess this means that DL's devaluation to 0.9 cpm has been fully implemented now, so DL no longer needs to keep people from hoarding any good deals they may find. There are none.

Maybe stop being a "hater" in general and just buy the best product/service for your needs, haters are worse than fanbois.
What if I have booked my international ticket by Delta and AF and would like to change the routing to Delta and KLM for eg or with any partner airline?
