@Ben: For your recent Saudi flight, you indicated you used miles for redemption.... were those Saudi miles? I tried setting up an AlFursan account, but can't get past the phone OTP verification... can't get any texts from them. Other searches indicate they might be set up for Saudi phone numbers only. Any advice? Thanks!
@joepro Thanks for the question! I actually used Flying Blue miles, so the booking process was as usual for Air France-KLM. I have played around with Saudia's program in the past, and the OTPs have always gone to my email, and arrived.
Based on some online searches, it appears this issue is common with phone numbers but not email addresses, so that's very odd. I'm not sure how you can force them to email rather than texting. Does anyone else maybe have a workaround I'm missing?
