Is the first year annual fee waived? It was often waived on the old business card.

Just used it for United Hotels and happy to report that the two $50 credits immediately posted right after transactions were posted. Super quick! (2 separate one night stays)

I would rather move Chase points to Hyatt. Getting United points is not that easy for me. 125,000 points is a nice chunk.
