I have a ton of World of Hyatt points, but all my recent and upcoming travel has been at other hotels.  I am at risk of losing all my points because they are expiring. If I transfer points to a partner will that count as activity? What are the partners?

@pl15 There are many ways to prevent your Hyatt points from expiring. If you have Chase Ultimate Rewards points, you could move over 1K points, and that would prevent them from expiring. You can also transfer 5K Hyatt points to an airline partner, and that would generally get you 2K miles. Alternatively, you can even transfer points between accounts (currently requires completing a form), and that would generally also count as activity.

@lucky Don't forget the only other Hyatt 'bank transfer' partner... BILT, bah! (though, they do have a 2,000 point minimum per transfer, unless you're Silver, Gold, or Platinum status).

If you’re transferring points to another person via the combine points form Ben mentioned above, I’ve found that it generally takes around 7 calendar days instead of the 2 weeks the form notes. YMMV
