IIRC, several years ago, JetSuite also announced a partnership with SQ to offer private jet connections for First/Suite pax out of SFO/LAX/JFK. Not sure if that is still going today, but I could definitely see some sort of similar tie up with QR in the future.
I use jetsmarter. Bought their smart membership a while back. Granted the routes are limited, but it's much more cost effective than JetSuite for me, and the planes are nicer.
I wish Qatar would've invested in them so it gives me more security that the company won't fold anytime soon.

Lucky, you should review JetSuiteX on your next trip up to the Bay Area. The Burbank to SJC and OAK flights are super easy and usually pretty cheap.

It's a good idea. I am a frequent traveller with Luxury Aircraft Solutions, who partner with Etihad. You can actually redeem miles towards them with Amex Plat. It gives more flexibility to my often ridiculous business schedules and can be arranged through Etihad as well.
