Was waiting for your excited post about this! FAQ in the press release says all domestic AS flights >350 miles plus KEF. But this seemingly excludes HA metal since they maintain a separate F&B program.

Press release FAQ states select flights not all. Social media posts make it seem to be for all flights.

I love a good cold brew. Good on Alaska for adding this. (I basically only use my Amex Gold $7/mo 'Dunkin' credit to reload my gift card and get cold brew.)

Oh shoot, you're right, even with the >350-mile limit it's still "select". Hmm...

My Crazy Coffee Conundrum Flying Alaska Airlines

Friends, I’m still mentally recovering from this.

I specifically transferred points from my BILT Credit Card (“insert referral link”) and redeemed just 45,000 miles for Alaska Airlines First Class. My kids, jet, miles, and credit card were great. The flight was smooth. The service was excellent.

Unfortunately, Alaska didn’t have the new Stumptown Cold Brew onboard…

You know how I love my coffee in the air and on land (“insert coffee review hyperlink”). I can’t start my day without it. I spent the entire flight wondering what could have been. Was the cold brew life-changing? Did I miss notes of chocolate, cherry, brown butter, and existential fulfillment?

Frankly, I’m not sure how a family of four recovers from a disappointment of this magnitude.

Speaking of Alaska and drinking, anyone remember the Yellow Bird, way south of Anchorage?

I believe it was called the Bird House. It's where you had your friend who had never been there before "call the ptarmigan".

If one is "passionate" about coffee . then one has weird passions . If one has an uncontrollable emotion for coffee , then one may also have uncontrollable emotions for airline re-heated food , or nuts in a bowl , or fish egg caviar .

Got to try it on a flight yesterday, pretty tasty stuff.
