This actually made my day. When I write trip reports I’ll occasionally mention exemplary employees by name. Anyway, I got a Facebook message from someone just this morning who I had mentioned by name in a review of an international luxury hotel several years ago for truly going above and beyond. I’ll leave out the hotel/person, but this part of the message made me smile:
Thanks to your blog, I got to rub my face into the seniors who gave me crap about my customer service.

That's pretty cool. I'm sure the employee will remember your comments every day he goes to work. Just giving somebody a compliment can go a long way...
