The coolest thing that ever came from me writing a trip report…

This actually made my day. When I write trip reports I’ll occasionally mention exemplary employees by name. Anyway, I got a Facebook message from someone just this morning who I had mentioned by name in a review of an international luxury hotel several years ago for truly going above and beyond. I’ll leave out the hotel/person, but this part of the message made me smile:

Thanks to your blog, I got to rub my face into the seniors who gave me crap about my customer service. :)

LOL! I guess I’ve finally figured out what purpose my blog serves…
