Anonymous GuestI feel like I’m playing a huge game of chicken with AA. I’ve got a flight to CUN on 4-Apr and there’s an order banning all non-essential travel. Despite this, AA won’t cancel the flight. It looks like they’re running one flight a day from CLT to CUN, so that’s where I’m stuck. Any way to get a refund rather than a voucher on this one?

Not that I am aware of unless they cancel your flight. You can always request a refund but it’s a long shot.
