is 1 hr sufficient for transit at kuwait airport for connecting flight by same kuwait airline

are you booked on 2 separate tickets or one ticket with a connection in Kuwait? If it’s one ticket with a connection, then you should be fine since they allow you to book it. if there is a delay and you miss you connection, kuwait airways should find a way to get you to your destination. however, i;m not sure how good kuwait aiways is when that happens.
