we just came back from this hotel and I read your review before we went but honestly didn’t think it could be real. OMG it was real and all we wanted to do was leave. I booked through AMEX Platinum FHR and payment in full was due at checkout. I found a $2500 plus charge on my card on December 3rd. Mr Schilling called my a racist when I told him I wouldn’t have stayed there especially knowing it was a Chinese owned property. Now he is denying saying this. We were in 103

Just a terrible place.
