Record Locator Number

Record Locator Number

    Hello,

I’ve recently booked an award booking with Qatar through Iberia Plus and I’m struggling to find my record locator number. It’s not on any of my confirmation emails and the rep I spoke to wasn’t much help.

Does anyone know how I can go about finding it?

    Thanks

You should have received an email from Iberia with “Booking Confirmed” and the IB confirmation code, and all the ticket numbers. You should be able to give that ticket number and/or your name and flight details to Qatar to get your booking reference code for Qatar.

If you didn’t get that email, it’s possible your ticket wasn’t actually issued.
