If I drop the last segment, will I still be given miles for the segment flown?

    Hi Lucky,

I just bought an amazing deal at Delta (Brazil-SFO in business class for US$ 584). The itinerary is as follows: CNF-GRU-DTW-SFO / SFO-ATL-GIG-CNF. I live in GIG and I’m planning to travel just with hand luggage. I intend to post my miles at AF’s Flying Blue. Do you think that if I simply don’t show for the last segment (GIG-CNF) they will deny posting the miles of the previous segments?

    Best regards!
    Beatriz

They *shouldn’t*. If there is an issue you could always say you were feeling ill and couldn’t fly or something to that effect. Unless you have a pattern of doing similar things it shouldn’t be a problem. Nice deal!
