Kingston Lee New MemberHello Lucky. Was wondering if you have advice for our situation.
Last year we had booked thru Bookings.com a non- refundable rate at Hyatt
City of Dreams. The original reservation was for March 2020. Of course then the virus hit and we re booked for October 2020 hoping that it would be clear.
Of course now it’s almost September and there’s no end in sight for the virus.
Knowing that Hyatt will not refund our monies, would you know if they would
issue a credit instead considering the impact of the virus? We still plan to go,
we just don’t know when we’ll be allowed.
