Hilton grand vacations offer – very confused

Hilton grand vacations offer – very confused

  1. Anonymous Guest

I booked a short business stay in a Hilton hotel over the phone and got offered 500 extra hh points and some form of cash reward to listen to some marketing pitch. I was transferred to an employee who offered a stay in New York for 5 days for 714usd, and she assured me it was totally refundable, however the email I received says it is non refundable, I now want to cancel and don’t know what to do…

Call them back. Those pitches are usually recorded so insist they look it up and cancel the charge if they said it was refundable. Good luck.
