Delayed lugagge

Delayed lugagge

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky,

I’d like to claim a full compensation to Lufthansa for a delayed luggage, as I landed on Friday into Malpensa and I’m still waiting for my luggage to arrive (it’s Sunday afternoon). I’m in a business trip and I got nothing to wear, toiletries, etc. Thanks!

Contact Lufthansa. Also, the credit card that was used to purchase the ticket might also have travel protections – reach out to the card to find out how to file a claim.

I would buy what you reasonably need and keep receipts to submit for reimbursement.
