Citi Prestige lowering my annual fee

Citi Prestige lowering my annual fee

I don’t know if anyone else has seen this, but I got a letter today that Citi is lowering my annual fee next July to $350, with $50 for an AU. I was planning on canceling it. I guess I will keep it now, minus the AU. They must be getting a lot of pressure from CSR.

@dixieboz, double check your email to make sure that they have not already rescinded that offer. I received the letter as well but also an email apologizing for sending it out since it was only meant for card members who were also Citigold clients. They will be crediting accounts with 1000 TYP for the inconvenience. On the other hand if you are actually a Citigold customer, great news for you! 🙂

I got that letter in the mail but not the email saying that it was an error since I’m not Citigold. I was planning on downgrading it anyway though
