    Hillary at TravelSort ran into an issue with helping clients redeem AS awards. Your site is bigger, can you get someone to look at this or discuss this on the blog? You also have an award booking service so this could impact you as well, unless you have already made moves to address this issue.

    “Can’t” is a strong word. :rolleyes:

    MileagePlan has had major issues with fraud, so it isn’t surprising that they’re cracking down on people who are not following the terms of the program.
