Great product idea. The Top 10 or so international airports should have them. Get rid of all that pointless retail space in terminal. Entire stores for cologne/perfume, teddy bears, and other junk taking up valuable space. Airport is for traveling.
For me it might be nice for an early morning flight although it's a bit pricey for that purpose. Question is if you have a 5AM-6AM flight would you be allowed to clear security the night before for the purpose of checking into the suite?
MIA gets a LOT of stranded South American passengers at night due to misconnects. There are people sleeping all over the airport-presumably those that misconnect due to weather and are not provided a hotel room. Would they shell out the $200 for a room inside security?
My recollection is that you can pass through TSA up to 24 hours before your flight departure time. I recall this because my airport hotel at CVG was closed during the covid months so I wandered over to the airport terminal to see what food I could find the night prior to my flight. The only restaurants open were airside so I asked at TSA if I could get through with my next morning's boarding pass and would using it then invalidate it for the next morning. Yes, I could use it the night before and no, it would not invalidate subsequent uses.
