What I’m absolutely certain of is Frontier goads their customers into confrontations. Frontier is a shameful airline run by shameful people.
Trying to open a jet bridge door is quite a bit more than bag fee drama. The headline is slanted.
If you're here on a visa and do something to become involved with law enforcement don't expect a good end. Her behavior tells me everything I need to know about her and it's very good she's been exited out of the country.
TSA civil action can, like most federal government things, take some time to come to a resolution.
If she pulled on a jetway door, she tried to breach/gain unauthorized access to a secure area. After that, she isn't flying on any airline that day. Also, fun fact, once you no longer have a boarding pass, or have missed your flight, you technically aren't allowed to be inside the sterile side of the airport.

I moved to the US to attend college. Before I got there I'd read up extensively online on horror stories about airlines, and I kinda decided I would not fly the US legacy carriers. Their reputation preceded them.
One place I lived in was BUF and I was lucky to have JetBlue's 5? a day to/from JFK. This was 23 years ago, I'd fly JL/NH transpacific into JFK with a 4-hour layover, and drag my bag on the AirTrain over to the Sundrome (lol)
If I were an int'l student now, I'd never touch Frontier or Spirit. Their reputation precedes them.

It takes a special kind of stupid to try to open a jetbridge door, ESPECIALLY when you are a guest in a foreign country. Just asking for a world of trouble.

How can she have forgot basic lessons about dealing with authority figures from her earlier childhood and adolescent times in Iran?
I'd be curious to know what would have happened to her or any other woman or man, had they behaved and argued with "authority figures" in the same way she did in this case, in the US?
My (mistaken or gnorant, perhaps) fantasy is that it would have been a response from (male) authority figures in Iran, far worse and more immediate than a simple TSA "warning."
So really the title should be ‘woman attempts to bypass security and unlawfully gain access to aircraft, gets visa revoked’.
The US Constitution and ideas of due process apply to US Citizens, not to tourist or illegal aliens.

Nope, it applies to everyone on once they’re in America. If it were only for US citizens, all it would take is for an officer to deem you not a citizen. How can you fight back with no due process?
An Iranian national tries to force open a jet bridge door after it had been closed and get on a PLANE without authorization! sounds like she definitely needs her visa revoked! Try pulling that crap in Iran as an American and see what happens to you. There are millions of people who would like to study in the US and can act like an adult. We don't need this clown thinking they can do whatever they want. They think the bag fee doesn't apply to them, they FAFO and then try to force their way on to a plane... I'm sure if an American threw a fit and tried to force their way onto a plane in Iran, they would have been let go with a warning and continue their studies, work, or vacation as if nothing happened or should happen...
