Yep , so many civilized people desire to go to Bangladesh . It will be the new Dubai .
Yes the onboard product will need a complete overhaul. Biman caters mainly to Bangladeshi travellers and they do that satisfactorily for the most part. Aging Bangladeshi travellers appreciate non-stop flights between Bangladesh and the UK for example. But the consequence is that the airline has absolutely no international brand appeal.
Bet you have never flown Biman.
Biman seems to have better maintenance standards than their South Asian peers.
Air India, Biman and PIA all have similarly-aged 777-300ERs with angled seats (although PIA is now selling them as Executive Economy), but compared to the other two's falling apart cabin condition, Biman have kept them quite well.

How predictable and boring. Biman had so much swag when it kept flying those DC-10s. Zero cool about just buying 787s and 737s.

Hope they swap out a -10 for the -8 they currently fly to LHR. Good news, all-around.
