Are the cockroaches being removed during this retrofit? Or are they considered structural?
Air India could install the very finest first class and business class seats in the sky. But frankly, all that will come to nought if they don't break their bad old habit of not properly maintaining/cleaning seats and cabins. Many lazy arses need to be kicked, and more basic training instilled in the AI maintenance/cleaning department.
Looks like DEL-HND will also be receiving the new configuration June 1 onwards

Oh, I’d still prefer American Airlines, especially on DEL-JFK, one of their longest routes. Have taken it in Flagship First on their 773. Not bad for a 16+ hour flight westbound.

AI had 5 ex Delta 777 200 LR. Nad 4 have already been returned. Only 1 is being used but that too for a short period only. AI also has to upgrade 6 ex Etihad 777 300 ER with new livery
