The woman should be jailed in Norway where the prison system hires employees to play chess and other games with an inmate and be assigned as his or her friend. No joke. Unambiguous communication is effective and efficient and should be valued over the euphemistic sugarcoated nonsense used throughout middle America which instills the values of laziness and non-ambition in middle Americans.
That's why I often call people losers if they're not equity partners at top law firms. If you make only $500,000 a year in a 9 to 5 corporate job, middle America will delude you into thinking you've done well for yourself, when in reality, that kind of income trails top equity partners in law by 10x and top people in finance by 100x.
I don't call people losers for not taking home $500m as do KKR co-CEOs because inordinate elements of luck are required to achieve that. But, to get to $5m as equity partner of top law firms, merely a strong work ethic is required. Not putting forth that effort and thus making only $500k makes one definitionally a loser.

Many cultures - especially, for this blog, let's point to Middle Eastern cultures which provide outstanding First and Business class hospitality both in the ground and in the air - believe that if you are gay, then "obviously" there were "issues with your upbringing."

I know I am going to get a lot of disagreement here. Let it be known that I am against over the top, rage-filled, abusive whuppings. Having said that, I grew up in a family culture that endorsed appropriate spankings, and sometimes slappings of children, when they were out of control. No child should call their elder names like that child. It is disrespectful, and the child needs to learn that it will not be tolerated. Some children are very sensitive and never need to be spanked. Others challenge and challenge and challenge. When I became a parent, I never wanted to discipline my child, but I did it, only when necessary, to teach them boundaries. I would rather teach them boundaries, than have the police or someone on the street teach them boundaries. I also showed my children, a lot of love, and, now, as adults, they have a very loving relationship with me.

There might not be any laws broken, since Arps isn't impersonating a lawyer by pretending to give legal advice, but I'll wager that big law firms are keen to protect their public image and might well take a dim view of this behaviour. It doesn't have to be illegal to become a litigious nightmare.
